      Flexibility to set your own schedule, company car with Gas Card and allowance to take home at night

      Cons

      Heavily micromanages all sales personnel. Any services sold above standard pest control must be approved by management. This practice results in losing customer, faith and confidence in the inspector who did the initial inspection, causing loss of sales and commissions.
