Pros

Work from home (like most places now), hours can be flexible, there are some good people to work with but many of them move on to earn more money elsewhere so you are always meeting new people I guess

Cons

Lots of turnover, years of no pay raises and then a new pay method set up that keeps the pay low, good workers get more to do and clean up poor work of others, poor training program sticks new people with the team leaders to do a lot of the training and they are already swamped, lots of pressure to achieve higher and higher goals but the workers don’t benefit much from it, some managers micromanage and destroy team morale sending lots of negative emails

Pros

Work from home is great

Cons

When you first start, they want you to do 10-15 accounts per day. Then they bump it up to 20-25 per day, then 30-35, and at a year they want you doing 40-45 accounts per day. They don’t care about quality work, just numbers. They work you but don’t want to pay you a decent wage. Also, they absorb other companies and keep the other companies employees and let go of the Knowtion employees. Just don’t work there if you can help it.
