- long working hours (8:30-5:30 M-F) - zero work from home flexibility, even during covid - minimum legal annual leave, and at least 3 of the 20 days have to be used at Christmas - below average salary and reluctant to give raises - no training opportunities other than the bare minimum to get you started - barely any opportunity for progression - most of the senior staff have been there since the start, very reluctant to change as stuck in their ways - no trust from management, will interfere and micro-manage by default - management very secretive, will withhold information that affects the whole team and will say inconsistent things to different team members - no exit interviews when staff leave so will never learn
