Good people to work with directly in the operations center

Upper management does not reward tenured employees. they would rather pay new employees more money than increase the pay of tenured employees. then they want the tenured employees to train the new employees. it’s a slap in the face. Not worth staying long. get in and use it as a stepping stone to a better job with a better company if you need a job.
