      Thank you for your feedback. We do work in a dynamic industry with many deadlines, sometimes schedules can catch up with us. Our goal is to hire great people, and there may be times we are in the middle of a search to add staff. We are thankful to our staff when they step up and help each other get a project out!

      We appreciate your input! We understand the work/life environment we are all living in and try to maintain the flexibility our staff needs to succeed. And hopefully we are creative with our benefits and some of those little things make a difference!

      Pros

      Columbus office had a great culture and amazing communication. Projects were very interesting and were always changing.

      Cons

      The Cleveland office is very controlling of the other offices, especially the Columbus office. Senior managers like to control schedules even if they aren't related to the department you're working in. Leadership ignores complaints about senior management.
