Pros
100% remote team Fast paced startup so if things go your way then you might end up building/owning many features quickly Some level of transparency.
Cons
Leadership loves micromanagement. You need to log and explain every hour you spend on a task No job security. If for some reason your lead/manager is not impressed by your work you will be replaced immediately (sometimes even without any warnings) Deadlines are very tight and your work/productivity is evaluated every week. I was always stressed and uncertain about my future while I worked here All employees are expected to ramp up quickly. There is no time allotted for trainings/employee grooming (Even if you are a junior)
