There is no flexibility and/or work/life balance.
This company has a revolving door of people for this reason.
Training is absolute chaos. Several trainers are amazing and are simply working with what they are given. I’ve seen upper management laugh when suggestions for improvements were provided.
If anyone reads this review and your first instinct is to find out which employee is writing this, you are missing the point of all of these reviews.
