Relating to your comments about pay, we pride ourselves in ensuring that we are paying competitively and have done great work to consistently evaluate and update our pay structures for each of the unique roles within KUBRA in accordance with market and industry trends. In fact, as a result of these analyses we made heavy investment in Our People and aligned our IT-focused pay structures to the 75th - 90th percentile of the market for each of the unique positions within our IT functions, impacting over 60% of our workforce in 2022. Our efforts were most recently recognized when we were honored with the Comparably Award for Best Compensation in 2022. As pay is based upon various factors which include experience and performance - if you have any particular concerns relating to your compensation we would encourage you to speak with your direct Manager and Department Head.
Additionally, KUBRA has adopted a Hybrid Work Model whereby the majority of our IT & Professional Services employees attend the workplace 2-days per week for collaborative, cultural and productivity purposes. As with all of KUBRA's programs, we strive to provide as much flexibility wherever possible and aim to implement solutions based on mutual benefit to the business as well as Our People. In fact, both prior to and following move to a hybrid working model in mid-2022, comprehensive surveying of our workforce detailed that 2-days in office was the preferred approached of the majority.
