      To some people it's just a job, which is okay but it slows the work down when people are not willing to work for the mission Missing information that you're just expected to find

      Pros

      My time at jumpstart was transformational. I had supportive supervisors that have remained connected to me and other former employees. 10/10 great experience.

      Cons

      Low pay, but it was work study and student role
