Pay plan is less than market/national average, but this is somewhat justified by the best inventory in the state. So you must sell more units.
Management has been there forever, so unlike most car dealers, there is little room for advancement here
They definitely take care of their employees, lots of veterans who have been there for 20+ years. They often come out with bonus and spiffs as extra incentives.
