Pros
Staff on the associate level is friendly and fun, but a little young. Store level management is good but lacks empowerment to do what is good for business, from corporate.
Cons
Corporate has unrealistic expectations of associates. You want me to dress the way you dress the mannequins? Here are a few ways to make that happen: a. Provide it as a uniform, b. stop being cheap with the discount (it's the worst), c. Stop cutting everyone's hours...we might be able to afford to buy new clothes if we didn't have to worry about how to pay the rent.
