Pros

I have been working for 2 years at JobAndTalent and has been an amazing experience in terms of learning and development. I joined just after the university and instead of choosing Mckinsey or Bain I decided for start-up because I wanted to have more responsibility on the projects I worked with and it was the best decision. I was able to manage very relevant projects, have direct relationship with the client and have real impact on the operation. Also I learned a lot from the GM and the senior management, it’s a very flat organization so you are engaging even with the founders of the company in your day to day. I know that there are some negative comments however all of them are from the same former employee that was fired because didn’t meet the expectations. In the end start-up world is not for everyone as it’s challenging and demanding. I am leaving now to pursue my own start-up however I know that I couldn’t have started it without this experience.

Cons

As probably in any other high growth start-up there are communication challenges and sometimes the processes are not 100% clear. However I like that environment because you can stand out and take more responsability if you are hungry enough.

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
