Benefits are okay. Relaxed dress code. A majority of people are cool to work with.
Cons
"Cardinal Rule of Conduct" is posted on the walls are a joke. Founder's kids run the company and take *cough* advice from council. Corporate officers cleaning house and removing people who don't agree with their new vision. You never know who's going to be fired or who has quit when you come in the next day. Clicky atmosphere and no communication between departments or locations. A select few are "leading" while the rest of management keeps their head low and agrees with whatever they say for fear of losing their job. A majority of managers are lame duck, "yes man", let me get my paycheck and go home shells of who they should be. Employee separations are handled poorly with "Danger" posters hung in office and no explanation of why. Reviews are never timely if at all. Raises are not competitive to keep pace with the industry.
