      Stable company with supposed good ethics and a credo they live by.

      Cons

      Will bypass better qualified individuals for promotion in favor of minorities or to fill a diversity need. Blatant reverse discrimination recently.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
