Pros
To be honest, I can't easily find any suitable pros in comparison with its cons. The only pro is that you can try here if you really don't have any other choices.
Cons
1. For an experienced dev, you will find all your code/solutions/structures will be changed again and again, change to this, rolling back, change to that, rolling another one, and finally, this feature is abandoned after 3-4 months of work. No schedule/plan for the roadmap, everything is in their mind and change freely as they want. 2. The company never cares about employees, people come and go frequently, using more than 20 interns every year but only let interns doing simple work, never let them learn anything useful, no positive feedback from any interns. 3. There's no clear roadmap for the product, they are testing their approaches and this is the worst of a startup company, that's why they are not successful as an online-education product even in COVID-19, they lost the most possible opportunities to grow. 4. Non-tech and non-marketing people are managing the company, so everything is possible here, you should never imagine it behaves like a normal software company. 5. To join this start-up, you need to be brave. Think carefully about why you are joining a start-up, you find a good opportunity, you want to grow with the company, however, they can let you go at any time with any excuses.
