Pros
They have no pros. . To be honest the company is actually scamming making people think that will arrange everything for their immigration purposes but we know what is happening. . There are dissatisfied customers as they paid their life money to this company in hopes of going abroad . The work culture is so toxic that u ll have problems breathing. They don’t care bout you as an employee. I have seen people removed from their positions without a decent warning. Most of the employees leave on their own . They ll try to do cost cutting as soon as they find out that you are the one picking up the highest salary. They are so dull that they might try to cut down costs for diwali sweets . Been there Seen that . Save urself.
Cons
Cameras are everywhere . The manager just keeps staring at you until his given task is done. He is actually waiting for you to finish that n then he ll be able to provide u with another one. To go downstairs or in a pantry . You ll have to take permissions which will be denied . If you get one minute late . Your salary is deducted. There are lot of jealousy factors regarding the manager.
