Pros
Investa is great company with high expectations of its staff, but rewards them accordingly. The culture is strong, with many fresh faces within leadership roles (either new or promoted). They invest in their technology stack to ensure current platforms and capability.
Cons
It can sometimes lose focus and attempt things beyond its size/capability. These things tend to draw down on employee good will by unnecessarily adding workload for little gain. There is limited opportunity for internal promotion when not part of the real-estate/finance or funds teams.
