Very competitive compensation and benefits, canteens, shuttles from different places, especially in the South of Israel. VERY INCLUSIVE!
Cons
In 2023 work from home options were cut, on-site attendance became mandatory, even though most engineering work could be done from home. After-hours calls still remained.
