Peers are great people. Many smart, talented people. Flexible remote-hybrid work.

Private equity changed the company. Senior management is bottom line driven, checked out, or doesn’t care about company culture. Terrible job integrating new teams/growth. Doesn’t seem like a sustainable place for a long term career given PE owner and leadership structure.
