Pros

Peers are great people. Many smart, talented people. Flexible remote-hybrid work.

Cons

Private equity changed the company. Senior management is bottom line driven, checked out, or doesn’t care about company culture. Terrible job integrating new teams/growth. Doesn’t seem like a sustainable place for a long term career given PE owner and leadership structure.

Challenging projects and very client focused atmosphere with recognized subject matter experts as colleagues. Wide variety of project opportunities over time.

Cons

Hectic pace at times and high expectations.

Company actively uses AI and incorporates it in every way possible. Down time, PTO/sick days are leveraged against you in their "utilization" metrics.
