Pros

Was a great working environment with an excelent team! Senior leaders always had our backs, lots of oportunities for development and the benefits package was great.

Cons

It's a classic service inductry job with odd/ inconsistent hours and you have to like working with the public.

Pros

Great colleagues, fun team events, excellent benefits package. Depending on the department and your career path this could be a fun place to work.

Cons

- Sales leadership is not supportive and does not have the required experience to mentor or lead a team - Salary was in the low $40,000 range which is outrageous considering that we were... - Expected to be incredibly flexible with our hours, not only for special events, but also for client meetings and taking emails/internal calls after business hours - The workload was very heavy which lead to many uncompensated overtime hours. Business could not be turned away due to the need to turn a profit so there was no consideration for our workloads, stress levels or work/life balance - Limited window for time off - Senior leadership had very outdated views and behind closed doors would make very old fashioned comments. This is especially troubling for a company that tries to brand itself as young and hip
