      local, seem to be a good company from their spin

      Cons

      blame culture, bad management, run by two brothers who arent really management or engineers at all. The company is closely linked to a very odd religious group

      Profit share scheme for every employee - drives a culture of support, contribution and improvement by everyone. Innovative products which lead the core markets they operate in.
