Pros
-some training opportunities -flexible scheduling (depending on department) -there's a Keurig
Cons
-regularly promotes their "growth" but leaves out that only 1 in 5 people actually stay for more than a year - CEO constantly displays nepotism. - "Do as I say, not as I do" kind of culture from the C-levels. - Some employees seem to do no wrong, because all they do is pentests and watch YouTube. If they were asked to do anything else, they'll claim they're too busy, but in reality, it's because they don't know how. -If you're not friends with the the C-levels, you'll be last pick for opportunities, but first to go when they start cleaning house -They want employees that are "passionate" about infosec, so they can give them low salaries. If a person wants to be fairly compensated, they're "only in it for the money"
