Nothing really to complain. Nice.

It's a great environment, lot of flexibility, you can arrive late (and leave late consequently), managers are helpful and friendly. Eventually it pays a bonus over profits, once per year, but it's not guaranteed.

The salaries aren't updated at the same rate of inflation, so there is salary reduction over the time. The market for press media is dying and the company is currently in a crisis, reducing it's size year after year. Many employees lost their jobs.
