Pros
I worked at Infotech in their New York office for roughly 2 years and my favorite parts were the people and the training. In the beginning they start you off training directly with the owner of the firm. This training is going to be tough at first but it will condition you to be able to think on the spot and to do things right. The people managing, problem solving and critical thinking skills learned working in this company will stay with you for the rest of your life. The work life balance is great compared to other agencies and the business attire is casual. Management is also very upfront with you about what to expect going forward and if issues persist they will work things out with you. When it comes to the actual job Infotech works with a lot of high profile clients with exclusive and desirable positions that make for a good recruiting experience. Overall I'm going to miss this place and I highly recommend to anyone who is willing to learn
Cons
Only con I can think of was traffic, but that doesn't apply to Infotech. During my time the Rockland County area was transitioning from the old tappan zee bridge to Governor Cuomo bridge and that made for a major headache sometimes. Both their offices are very commutable and convenient. Management worked with me to adjust my work schedule in order to make for an easier commute.
