Unreasonable management which normalises working in odd hours and weekends. Organization has culture of putting blame on junior employees. Poor leadership which expects people to do ji hajuri. Avoid this company at all cost.

Thank you for your feedback. Working hours are dependent on the business model, as is the case with any orgnaization working in the fintech industry; at the same time, we ensure prevention of burnout through employee connects and wellbeing oriented policies. We request you to connect with the HR team to have a detailed chat.
learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.
Cons
toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
