      Pros

      I have been working in this company for 1.6 years and this is my first job. The positive factors that I found about INT are supportive seniors, open culture,lively and politics-free environment. My seniors have been really supportive till date and it is because of them that I have been able to learn a lot in the area of PHP and MySql. Overall, if you are a fresher and want to make a career in PHP this is really a great place to start your career.

      Cons

      On the minus side it would be really great if the Saturdays are given off. Also some training programs on soft skills for juniors like us would help us to develop ourselves.

      Pros

      - Project Manager actually cares about her people. (This is why I give this role such a high rating ) - Competitive pay (yearly evaluations) - Flex Time

      Cons

      - Government can terminate position at will (nature of the beast) - Project Manager still fought for her people when the government ended the role to save money. (She drug out talks so the other logistics coordinator and I got 3 more weeks of pay)
