      Flexibility, ability to build schedule, benefits

      Cons

      Just another veterinary corporation that will throw you to the wayside when it's time to cut costs. Forced to work part time instead of full time due to profits, with little notice. Relief pays a LOT more if you do it on your own.

      Incredible team of people Good pay and PTO

      Cons

      Company doesn’t have a clear path to improve and therefore succeed in the long run. Promises no layoffs and then layoffs happen anyway.
