Pros
The fancy parties. If you value fancy parties over a psychologically safe workplace. The long hours, the pressure to deliver beyond what's reasonable, the lack of trust, the lack of opportunity to innovate — if you value fancy parties over being valued by the place you work, you totally should work at Impressive.
Cons
They will expect you to work 11 hours a day. Even then you'll be told you are under performing or faking your timesheet. They can see the number of clients and tasks you are assigned to, and how much time is required for each task? How do you expect to create a positive working environment when there's no trust? Clients come and go as they keep taking on more clients even when there's no resources. They promise clients the world and then fail to deliver. Two staff members in my team resigned. There was no support from management. Only an additional project that meant I had to work until 7 or 8pm every single day. Overdue tasks were getting out of control. There's never anytime to innovate as you are constantly racing against the clock trying to deliver the bare minimum.
