Had to literally think what I learnt. LOL Learn to be patient, code (as fresher),

Absolutely no Life/Work balance. Frustrating. HR policy keeps changing and nothing in favor of employees ever come out. Management thinks that the employees only come to cheat and none is genuine. None to support you. Worse than a school with way too many disciplinary rules. No life.

You get to work on new technoligies like Angular 11. Your colleague in team India are helpful. You will get to learn a lot but the same is for any other organization in same business.

Getting less payment than other places in the same business. Timing issue you are made to work extra hours without getting paid extra. Micro management. If you are a fresher or 2 yrs exp, the system provided to you are probably of the time when you took admission for 11th Std. Company follows employeement terms of Dubai and not of India. You wont be getting any employee benifits as health or term insurance. HR is not supportive but they cannot be blamed for that as they are as well suffering from the same issue. If you have already joined then please look for another job soo after 1 year as they will promise to give you incerment but won't specify you the amount as they say they will give you little increment.
