      hopeless company. no clarity on who works on what. unorganized work culture and they are proud of it. hr is a joke here.

      Pros

      Good Company to work for, great learning capabilities. Fast growing, and ambitious management

      Cons

      Politics !!! Politics !!! Politics. Unless and untill you have it in you to fight politics, it doesn't really matter if you are really good, you can never grow. Usual problems of a growing company, no structure. Ever changing goal post.
