1. You will be under paid and given a designation which will be of irrelevant when you move out 2. Hikes and appraisal is a joke 3. No career growth 4. Management never cares about your growth and salary. 5. Client is paying good, but you will be underpaid 6. Asking for hike is a crime here 7. HR is another joke here, they don't have any authority over people matter's. 8. I myself started with 8k and it took me 3 years 9 months to reach 3 CTC with 25k as loyalty bonus which is again comes down to 2.75. 9. Other companies has a minimum slab of at least 3 CTC for fresher's ( I'm not taking here about tier 1 companies and IITians).
