Pros
Only 12 leaves in a year no exception. No carry over of leaves. If you take more than 12 leaves in a year you will incur loss of pay. No professionalism.
Cons
Was laid off and company didn't release Full and Final settlement even after 60 days from last working day according to contract. Same happened with a colleague of mine. Helpless and disappointed.
