Pros

It is remote role so offers flexibility.

Pros

Lovely people who desire to help patients; fully remote work.

Cons

Some systems not fit for purpose resulting in too many workarounds; too many different systems in use; little comms between employees selling contracts and those carrying out contract work; pressure to do things perfectly everytime and managers unable to achieve high standards due to high turnover; growth upon growth without management structure to lead; 40 hour work week with 5 days sick pay; cpd budget available but must use A/L; little reflection time for clinicians as diary must be fully utilised.
