      Pros

      None unless you happen to be favoured by the CEO, which basically means you don't go home - EVER!!

      Cons

      Mainly the CEO, he is the most arrogant man you could ever meet. Implements a regime of fear via a poorly recruited, every changing management team, that have no understanding of how the business operates due to their own ego's and lack of ambition to understand job roles. Expectation to work until late at night at a moments notice, to never have any personal circumstance that comes before your work and treat all customers with complete ignorance and distain as long as IESA can in some way profit from them

      So many. Staff are miserable, the turnover I have never seen anything like before or since, I have seen people start on a Monday, go for lunch, and never seen again. Please read and consume the negative reviews on this site, they are written by genuine people who generally had a miserable time at Iesa. All the negatives I can vouch for. The recent spate of positive reviews seem a little too engineered, it stinks of senior management trying to claw back some respectability - they seem a little too hammy and manufactured - they also read like they've been written by the same person!
