Pros

Everyone employed there is SUPER nice.

Cons

The man who runs this place is a madman. Literally a new 'plan' for sales every day and he has no problem ridiculing and humiliating people in public either for not agreeing with him or for agreeing with him. An impossible man to please. He pushes a very "zen/karma" attitude in interview sub this guy will be the biggest bully, and the most impossible man to work for you've ever met. If you're a salesman he'll tell you how to sell and then blame you for the results even though you knew from the beginning that whatever he was telling you to do was uninformed and destined to crash and burn (by that stage you'll have learned not to tell him when you don't like his plans, so you're destined to experience this eventually). If you're a researcher he'll ridicule you for not spotting his mistakes when he edits your work and will insist that you work weekends and nights for no pay, or you'll be fired. Because that's how it was when he was your age. PS: sales periodically has their basic salary removed and will be pressured with commission only work if he has a bad day. Tends not to last much longer than a few weeks though. As one employee there described it "he is looking to employ desperate people so that he can bully them to work impossible hours for very little money, and then replace them when they've burned out."
