Pros
They're one of the only overseas student recruitment companies in Mumbai who actually follow the corporate work culture. But that's because they're an MNC. Compensation is fair, and the offices are workable and clean. You can have work-life balance if you're careful. Training is provided, and there are chances for professional development.
Cons
Targets are misrepresented at all stages of management. You will be told to recruit 50 students initially, but your manager will tell you something else. Some managers who were promoted before 2023/2024 have little to no capability of holding the positions that they do, and it shows. In some offices, there are more managers than needed. Upper management does not care about the fact that it's the counsellors who actually work, and their value is almost always low. Mass layoffs happened multiple times, people were given a day to leave. This was sad.
