      work/ life balance. Talented co-workers. Cool people. Dog Friendly. Room for professional growth (continually learning)

      Cons

      NO PAY or PROMOTIONS for professional growth. They'll keep adding more and more and more on to your plate and you can exceed beyond all expectations but they won't reward you with compensation or title change. Your hapiness here greatly depends on your manager. Some are amazing and have your back some are horribe. LOTS of work to do and NO resources to help.

      -Work Life Balance is amazing and encouraged to get out there! -Co-Workers all bring positive outlook and vibe to the workplace. -I will always be looking to replicate what Hydro-Flask gave me in terms of employment and feeling of belonging.

      There really is none that i can think of im happy to have worked here.
