The job load is quite suitable for the persons who want to understand the company operation flow. And the job can train the staffs to be a versatile talent and competitive.
Cons
Working in Huawei means a spate of overtime. Often the staffs would leave office around 8PM every day. The work and life balance is very bad compared to other companies.
