No pros longer in company

The company gives alternate Saturday off, but if you take leave on long weekend, then you do all Saturday compulsory at that time. You can take 3 restricted holidays in a year... But when you apply for a restricted holiday, it gets canceled.Almost all the employees have not been paid salaries for a few months now. And for the employees who have left the company, a special bouncer has been kept for them…they can neither ask for their salary nor talk to the management.
