Pros
Good salary. Subsidised food. Lease car scheme but only after 3 years. Fixed shift patterns. Cant think of much else.
Cons
Offered redundancy twice in the 2.5 years I was there. Poor management, poor quality, too much messing about. Managers think they are he bees knees. Too much work on one process. Ugly, expensive cars. I reapplied and was offered a position recently only to be told several weeks later they didn't want me back.
