Pros
They really treated customers with the utmost concern. Coming from another dealership, was happy to see customers being treated like they should. Pay and benefits were decent. Great income potential.
Cons
Sweat shop! Hours were too long. Bad management. No work/home balance. No real training. Basically sit with someone and try to grasp everything you possibly can in the middle of chaos.
