Great CEO with a vision, employees are wonderful to work with

A lot of improvements being made, it is getting better each month

Mission is great, Remote work offered for many admin roles, Decent Benefits, Leadership seems to be trying very hard to solve years of issues and incorrect processes.

The atmosphere is tense with all the uncertainty. People have been laid off or quit out of the blue. Don’t know what all this stress is amounting to anymore: more revenue for company, better pay for employees, what…? What are we working towards anymore? Sense of misalignment between company leadership and other employees.
