      Senior managers have no vision and direction Product has no direction or strategy Good people keep leaving, more than one third of the team leave every 6 months and that says a lot.

      Pros

      Colleagues are great. Everyone is ready to help out, willing to teach and also learn from each other. Technology has great potential and the problems they set out to solve are really interesting and important.

      Cons

      Culture has taken a major hit over time. Layoffs are never fun. Mgmt decisions, as communicated, frequently feel reactionary and haphazard, rather than planned and calculated.
