Sham Contracting by Patrik. You are an employee but as a conditon on employment you will be required to create an ABN. This is illegal and rightfully titled "Sham Contracting". This is so Patrik can profit by not paying your superannuation and not paying taxes. Meaning you won't be able to get anything back on a tax return ($0.00) and you will have nothing go into your superannuation. This is a scam. This is illegal.
