Pros
Year on year promotion possible in initial years if joined at entry level. Used to have one of the best work cultures with a lot of freedom and trust endowed upon the employees. Technology and product wise, one of the best in industry. Young, dynamic and highly competitive employees.
Cons
Last 2 years a lot of challenges faced. Around 100 employees were layed off out of a workforce of around 700. Tough management decisions due competition entering, price challenges and inability to collect payments on time. At present the work culture is screwed with distrust and lack of freedom leading to de-motivation and confusion.
