      Pros

      A company selling excellent products ( Healthspan ) with reasonable salary for the area. Fantastic co-workers with a great social scene.

      Cons

      Awful awful management. The company is governed by petty minded individuals intent on running the organisation like a prison camp. Ridiculous enforcement of rules that have no other effect than to bolster the egotistical mindset of senior management.

      Lovely people and good perks like holiday, early finishes and discounts

      Cons

      Old-fashioned, everybody thinks they’re busy when they’re actually not and so it’s impossible to get anything done quickly. They moan about the company but they don’t realise just how well off they are.
