As a start up "insuretech" company, Health iQ, offers over 30 types of ancillary products, so there's something for every customer, and there's no end to what employees can gain. Cons
As a growing company, there are sometimes growing pains. There have been a lot of improvements over the last few years to many areas of the business. I'm glad I stuck it out. The people I work with are more like family.
