      Pros

      Nothing. Leadership is awful and this company is sinking faster than the titanic.

      Cons

      Everything. Pay constantly changes, no loyalty, no training for people to success. They want people to leave, all of their top people have left and the only people left are those who are too naive to think better.

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
