Laid back atmosphere. Two weeks paid vacation when starting . Employment offerer is usually submitted in writing . Room for advancement .

Sick and absence policy is harsh for mothers or caregivers. If you take more than 1.99 sick hours you have an occurrence that stays on the calendar until the day after that the following year. 4 occurances and you get a warning, 7 missed days in a year - you can get fired.
